How do I place an order?

What is the minimum order value?
Our minimum order is £1,500 ex. VAT for UK mainland customers. Non-mainland UK, Northern Ireland, and international orders have a minimum of £3,000.
How long will my order take?
Orders placed before 11am Monday–Friday are typically dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day via our tracked courier service. Over 95% of orders under £5,000 meet this target.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, collection from our warehouse is available. Please contact us in advance to arrange a collection date and notify us of your transport details.
Can I amend or cancel an order?
Orders can be amended or cancelled at any point before they are picked and packed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Please see our UK Distribution and Shipping Policy pages for full details on international delivery.
Prices & Payment
How do I receive a price list?
Once your trade account is approved, we will send you our price list by email. It is updated every day at 9am and reflects live stock. You can choose to receive it daily, weekly, or monthly.
Do your prices include VAT?
No. All prices on our price list are exclusive of VAT. UK VAT-registered businesses will have VAT applied at the point of sale. Export customers with a valid VAT number are exempt. Customers outside Europe are also VAT-exempt providing proof of export is supplied.
What currencies do you accept?
All orders are invoiced and must be settled in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
What payment methods do you accept?
- Bank transfer (BACS / SWIFT)
- Pro-forma payment for new accounts
- Credit terms available to established accounts subject to approval
Are there delivery charges?
UK mainland delivery is free of charge on orders over £1,500. Surcharges apply for non-mainland UK and Northern Ireland. International shipping is quoted per order. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Products & Authenticity
Are all your products genuine?
Absolutely. Every product we supply is 100% authentic. We source exclusively from manufacturers and verified, reputable suppliers. Full batch traceability is maintained on all stock, so provenance can always be confirmed.
What brands do you carry?
We carry a wide range of fine fragrances, prestige skincare, and premium haircare brands. Our range includes designer and luxury labels across all price points. Please contact us or log in to your account to view our current stock.
Do you offer samples?
We are not able to offer free samples as we purchase stock at the most competitive prices available. However, we are happy to discuss your requirements in detail before you commit to an order.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or credit note promptly. See our full Returns Policy for more information.
Trade Accounts
How do I open a trade account?
Visit our Open a Trade Account page or contact our team. We will need your company details and an indication of your anticipated order volume. All first orders are processed on a pro-forma basis.
Is there a credit check?
Yes, for customers applying for ongoing credit terms. First orders are always pro-forma regardless.
Can I view my account online?
