Returns Policy

At Perfume Oasis Wholesale, we take quality and accuracy very seriously. In the unlikely event that something is wrong with your order, we will put it right quickly and fairly.


Reporting a Problem

If you receive an order that is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us at contact@perfumeoasis.net with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of any damaged items or packaging
  • Confirmation of the quantity affected

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Damaged Goods

Where goods arrive damaged in transit, we will arrange either a replacement or a credit note to your account, at our discretion. We may request that damaged items are returned to us before processing the resolution.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that does not match your order, please notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange collection of the incorrect goods and dispatch the correct items as quickly as possible, or issue a credit note if the item is no longer available.

Change of Mind Returns

As a wholesale business, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or unsold stock. All sales are final once goods have been accepted at the point of delivery without a reported issue.

Return of Goods

No goods should be returned to us without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted or processed. Once a return is agreed, we will provide you with a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions for sending goods back.

Faulty or Out-of-Date Stock

We operate full batch traceability on all stock. If a product fault or recall is identified after delivery, we will contact affected customers directly with instructions. We will always aim to replace affected stock or issue a credit note in full.
