At Perfume Oasis Wholesale, we are committed to getting your orders to you quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.
UK Mainland Delivery
All orders to UK mainland addresses are shipped via a tracked, guaranteed next-day courier service. Free delivery is included on all orders over £1,500. Orders under £1,500 are not accepted.
- Dispatch: Orders placed before 11am (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same day.
- Delivery: Next working day after dispatch.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been collected by our courier.
Non-Mainland UK & Northern Ireland
A minimum order value of £3,000 applies for deliveries to non-mainland UK locations (including Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland). Shipping costs for these areas are quoted individually — please contact us before placing your order.
Worldwide / Export Shipping
We ship to customers worldwide. A minimum order of £3,000 applies to all international orders. Export shipments are arranged on a case-by-case basis, and costs will be confirmed at the time of order. Please note that the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges applicable in their country.

Packaging
All orders are carefully packed in robust, secure packaging to ensure your products arrive intact. Fragile items such as perfume bottles and glass skincare containers are individually wrapped and cushioned.
Damaged or Missing Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@perfumeoasis.net with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or issue a credit note promptly.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, extreme weather, or peak trading periods. We will always communicate any known delays as soon as possible. Perfume Oasis Wholesale cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
