How to Order

Ordering from Perfume Oasis Wholesale is straightforward. Here is a step-by-step guide to placing your first and subsequent orders.

Step 1 — Open a Trade Account

All orders require an active trade account. If you do not yet have one, visit our Open a Trade Account page and get in touch. Account applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days.

Step 2 — Receive Your Price List

Once your account is approved, you will receive our daily price list by email. Updated every morning at 9am, it reflects live stock availability and current wholesale pricing. You can request it daily, weekly, or at whatever frequency suits you.

Step 3 — Browse & Select

Review the price list and select the products you wish to order. Our team is available to advise on availability, current best-sellers, and any promotions running at the time.

Step 4 — Place Your Order

You can submit your order in any of the following ways:

  • Online: Log in to your account on this website and place your order directly
  • Email: Send your order to contact@perfumeoasis.net
  • Phone: Call our sales team — see our Contact page for details

Please include your account name, a list of products with quantities, and your preferred delivery date.

Step 5 — Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been accepted and entered into our system. Please review this carefully and notify us immediately if anything needs amending.

Step 6 — Payment

  • New accounts: Pro-forma payment (in full before dispatch)
  • Established accounts: Credit terms as agreed, payable in GBP via bank transfer

Step 7 — Dispatch & Delivery

Orders placed before 11am Monday–Friday are typically dispatched the same day via our tracked next-day courier service. You will receive a dispatch notification and tracking number by email.

Minimum Order Values

  • UK Mainland: £1,500 (ex. VAT) — free delivery included
  • Non-Mainland UK & Northern Ireland: £3,000 — shipping quoted separately
  • International / Export: £3,000 — shipping quoted separately
